The firm was founded and is led by Caroline Jerobon Rotich, CPS (K), a Certified Secretary, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and Governance Practitioner with over 14 years of professional experience. Caroline has worked directly with boards, management teams, and shareholders across various sectors, helping organizations strengthen governance frameworks, ensure compliance, and build institutional resilience.

Caroline is a Certified Secretary, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a Governance Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance.

Her experience spans multiple sectors, including real estate, telecommunications, banking, extractives, and the security industry. She has advised numerous clients on restructuring governance, developing policies, ensuring legal compliance, and collaborating with regulators.

Caroline believes she does ordinary things with exceptional care, a maxim that influences the culture of Intergra and Rotich & Mathenge Advocates LLP. Caroline leads a dedicated team of governance and compliance professionals who support Integra’s service delivery across all client engagements.
